About Me

My Experience

As an outcome-focused, data-driven People Leader with 20+ years in Direct and Indirect/Channel Sales and Sales Leadership, I’ve developed, executed, and managed many successful Company and Partner Go-To-Market strategies. This is balanced with strong tactical plans focused on relentless new logo acquisition, managing complex sales environments, and driving towards profitable growth. All built on creating a strong culture of performance centered around coaching and development, alignment, collaboration, and accountability to relevant goals/activities that support key Company outcomes.

My Goals

I am looking for an opportunity to work with a team that runs on direct, transparent communication. I want to align myself with a company I believe in and where I can create positive change and have a strong impact on direction and outcomes. I am always looking to learn more and am open to taking on challenging projects.

Who I am Personally

I am a supportive husband, on-the-go father of three awesome boys, and a NCO in the California State Guard (CSG). As an active father and husband, I coach my kid's teams, take trips, and work hard to create great memories and experience new things as a family. I'm also a drummer and enjoy playing live music on stage. As an NCO in the CSG, I provide training and Leadership to my Squad and help prepare our Unit to support our state and our communities in times of need.
